Result: Dental Implants May Not Be The Best Treatment Plan For You.

Here's why: While dental implant are an incredible treatment option, based on the answers you provided they may not be a great option for you at this time. The main reason would be that they usually present a higher upfront cost than other more traditional options.

Because of the obvious long term advantages of dental implants, many patients who do not have the funds to pay for them up front often finance them, borrow money from relatives, or take money out of their retirement so they can experience the quality of life dental implants provide.

Following is a breakdown of the cost of each option, and costs so you can decide for yourself what option is best for you:

Single or Multiple Missing Teeth

Remember that there are 3 core components to an implant. The implant itself, the abutment, and the crown. Depending on the situation a single dental implant can be as low as $2600 or $90 per month. Beware of prices lower because many times they do not include everything in the price or they are using very cheap low-quality implants and materials. (The implant is worth nothing if it fails…)

If your treatment requires multiple implants each implant that is placed becomes more affordable because it does not take double the time to place 2 implants as it does 1. So the more implants that are placed in one appointment the lower the cost for each additional Implant.

Full Arch/Mouth Implant Options

Our Full mouth options are broken down into two categories… They both include removing your teeth, and replacing them with brand new teeth but one set of teeth is Removable and one set of teeth is Fixed.

Removable Teeth

The First and most basic option for the removable category would be the Traditional Denture. There are no implants placed and the teeth are made from acrylic(plastic). They are held in place with some type of adhesive but they are not secured with implants.

Pros – Cheapest Full Mouth Option

Cons – They will slip when you talk or eat, The teeth will wear and break over time because they are plastic, & You will continue to see bone deterioration in your jaw because there are no longer teeth there nor implants.

Price: $2500 - $3500 or $40-$50 per month

The 2nd option would be the Implant Supported Denture. This option involves creating a high-quality denture but instead of using adhesive(glue) we actually place 2-4 implants in your jaw along with locators or a bar that the denture snaps into. This gives much more stability needed to bite and chew when eating and also eliminates slipping.

Pros – Added stability, easier to eat and chew, easy to remove and clean, Teeth can be converted to different material later if desired

Cons – Teeth will wear over time and need to eventually be replaced, Cosmetic look and feel are not as natural or beautiful as other types of materials, & The Function of your bite will not be restored to the same extent as our “Fixed” options.

Price: $10,000 - $13,000 or $100 - $150 per month. Credit Score must be 650+.

Fixed Teeth

For a full upper or lower arch of teeth to be replaced with a fixed option, there are two stages. The first is removing your teeth and placing 4-6 implants and that same day we secure your High-quality provisional teeth to the implants. This allows you to leave within 24 hours with brand new teeth. The teeth are completely secured and are screwed down to the implants and a titanium bar so that you have maximum stability.

Only the doctor can remove these teeth. You should have up to 98% of your function restored. 3 months later we will remove the provisional teeth and replace them with a permanent bridge of teeth made from either a material called zirconia or nano-ceramic. Both materials are extremely durable so they are highly resistant to chips, cracks, and/or breaking. And both are beautiful and most closely mimic the look and feel of natural healthy teeth.

Price: Phase 1 Provisional & Surgery - $14,000 - $17,000 or $200 - $250 per month.

Credit Score must be 650+. (many patients choose to move forward with this option and stay in the provisional teeth for 12 months before moving to the final to make the treatment extremely affordable before converting to the final bridge… Others will do the entire procedure at once.)

Phase 2 Final Bridge – TBD Based on the type of material used to create your new teeth.

Total price for the treatment - $22,000 - $28,000 or $250 - $350 per month.

Credit Score must be 650+.
